Vanguard has learned from both the restaurant industry, and the fire protection industry, the importance of thorough kitchen exhaust inspection and cleaning.  We have incorporated key elements of both as part of our professional cleaning service to ensure we are the first choice for our customers.

• Our kitchen exhaust cleaners are professional and fully understand NFPA 96 and NFPA 17A.  Our technicians are trained on fire suppression systems; therefore, they can take care of both the Hood Cleanings and the Semi-Annual Inspections of the fire systems on the same visit.

• We pride ourselves in leaving the facility picked up and clean!

• Our follow-up program provides a personal phone call to ensure we have met your expectations.

• We also provide an on site preventative program of replacing fan belts before they break! And replacing hood grease filters when needed.
